De Guzman & Co.'s second release is a modern reinterpretation of a classic design dating back to more than 50 years ago. Heavily inspired by the 1016 Explorer, we've redesigned it to be upgraded to modern specs, making it your perfect everyday companion.
THE VINTAGE CLASSIC
Heavily inspired by the classic 1016 Explorer. This design is timeless and fits in almost any situation. Faux-patina markers and the tropical faded black-brown dial retain that vintage look and feel. The three-link bracelet has also been milled from solid stainless steel, making worries of bracelet stretch and damage a thing of the past.
EVERGLOW
Visibility night and day, designed for adventure. Derived from C3 lume fromula, the hour markers and the hands glow a bright green lasting hours through the night. When nightfall comes, worries come less and less.

Powered by Seiko Instruments Inc.'s NH35A Automatic movement. This venerable movement has been regarded as one of the best workhorse movements available. Reliability and ruggedness even inside, we wouldn't have it any other way.
TAKE IT TO THE BEACH
Water resistant up to 100 meters. Despite its classic look and inspiration, we're sealed the watch from top to bottom. From the domed sapphire crystal to the screw-down caseback, up to the screw-down crown. We've secured water entry points in all our watches.

Designed and created in the Philippines. Designed using CAD from the ground up, sourcing components from our partner manufacturers in Japan and HK, we developed the case and bracelet to fit our specifications and standards.

Changeup your look with our handmade leather straps, for that even more vintage vibe. Our leather straps come with quick release pins that help you quickly put it on or off your watch as needed.
